Global Supply Chain Quality Specialist

This role is limited to 24 month and a part-time position (50%). 

The following responsibilities are awaiting you:
  • You assess, qualify, and evaluate global distribution partners while maintaining databases related to service scope, qualification status, and contractual compliance.
  • You support distribution partner qualification, audit questionnaires, distributor evaluations, and product release activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • You contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of quality initiatives and projects related to global distribution processes.
  • You support the assessment, tracking, trending, and reporting of GDP-related deviations and quality events.
  • You oversee and support GDP-related operational activities, ensuring compliant product release, efficient return management, effective stock control, thorough customer eligibility verification, and the maintenance of complete, accurate, and traceable records.
  • You support SOP updates, EQMS processes, and training activities to maintain compliant and effective quality systems.
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders, affiliates, and distribution partners to support quality and compliance activities across the global supply chain.
  • You provide support for additional quality and supply chain initiatives as assigned.
What we expect from you:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Health, or a comparable field, or you bring equivalent professional experience.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Quality Management within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or other regulated environment.
  • You have experience working with GxP regulations, GDP requirements, and quality management systems.
  • You are confident managing, maintaining, and evaluating quality-related data and databases.
  • You are fluent in English and preferably able to communicate in German; additional languages are an advantage.
  • You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP IM and SAP SD is a plus.
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
  • You are comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating effectively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
