The following responsibilities are awaiting you:

• You review and optimize platform content, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and summaries to ensure a clear and engaging user experience. 
• You support the organization and categorization of content to improve navigation and discoverability across the platform. 
• You identify opportunities to enhance the user journey and overall platform experience. 
• You perform regular quality checks to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with platform standards. 
• You support on briefing and liaising with external agencies in creating marketing assets for social media, new course announcements and events. 
• You contribute to testing, usability improvements, and content performance analysis to continuously enhance the MAX platform. 
• You also provide support on ad-hoc projects and activities related to Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications as needed. 

What we expect from you:

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program and are eager to apply your academic knowledge in a hands-on digital content and platform environment. 
• You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
• You are comfortable working with digital tools, online platforms, and emerging technologies. 
• You possess strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
• You have strong written communication skills in English. 
• You bring a proactive mindset, take ownership of your work, and are eager to learn and develop. 
• You have an interest in marketing, digital content creation, engaging user experiences, and continuous platform improvement. 
• You have first experience with video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications. 
• You bring an interest in user experience (UX), digital learning platforms, content management, or digital marketing. 
• You ideally, have gained initial experience in content creation, multimedia projects, or video production. 
• You are familiar with AI-powered content creation tools and their application in digital environments, as this would be a plus.
