This role is initially limited to 24 months.
The following responsibilities are awaiting you:- You will be responsible for managing the supply chain activities different brands of our product portfolio.
- You determine the required supply by month, material, and customer, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning process to provide tactical outlook based on relevant KPIs.
- Support strategic decision making regarding future supply network planning.
- Proactively support all supply chain activities required for new product introduction (NPI).
- Continuously maintain the required master data in tools such as SAP, Business Warehouse, and ANAPLAN.
- Inventory management through the various stages of the supply chain.
- Close coordination with production sites.
- You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cycle times, planning procedures, and customer satisfaction.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
- You ideally have 2 years of experience in demand or supply planning, preferable in a multinational company.
- You ideally have pharmaceutical experience.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and have strong analytical skills.
- You have first experience with SAP MM, PP, and SD, as it would be an advantage.
- You demonstrate the ability to effectively partner with all organizational levels and build trusted business relationships.
- You have a high degree of customer and business orientation.
- You are team-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
- You are fluent in English (verbal, written), with German and French being an advantage.
- You are proficient in MS Office applications.
