The following responsibilities are awaiting you:- Provide comprehensive and appropriate solutions for each customer, in order to stimulate revenue growth, new customer acquisition and profitability.
- Develop the assigned territory through structured customer involvement, widespread coverage of the area, and the proactive identification of new business opportunities. The role focuses on developing mid-tier accounts, activating new clients in aesthetic medicine, and identifying high-potential profiles to refer to Key Account Management.
- Contribute to the execution of the corporate value proposition by integrating sales, marketing, medical education and digital initiatives, with the aim of strengthening the premium positioning of our client in the market.
- Present, promote and sell products and services using the Value Proposition to existing and potential customers.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and needs of current/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Develop plans with top customers to increase market share and ROI.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and professional relationships.
- Identify and/or develop new leads and business opportunities with a strategic approach.
- Contact customers via video calls and field visits.
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs within the timeframes.
- Coordinate sales activities with colleagues and other departments.
- Share best practices with the Sales team and other departments.
- Use OCE correctly and daily, in accordance with the defined guidelines.
- Provide management with reports on client needs, problems, interests and competitive activities.
- Ensure the presence of top customers/KOLs/high-potential customers at major corporate events, in alignment with the Marketing and Medical departments.
- Scientific master's degree with experience in the promotion of pharmaceutical products, ideally in the field of aesthetic medicine
- 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within the healthcare, medical device, or aesthetic medicine industry
- Proven ability in developing customer relationships and growing business territory
- Experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology
- Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts
- Familiarity with CRM and land-use planning tools
- Good knowledge of the English language
