As a Sales Area Manager, your mission is clear: growing the sales of our product portfolio and building long-term customer relationships within your region (Liège Province, Namur Province, Eastern Walloon Brabant and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
Why you will love this job· You typically plan around three customer visits per day, while having full ownership of your agenda. You decide how to organise your day and how to approach your customers to achieve the best results. With powerful marketing campaigns (both online and offline, including French-language materials), a real-time Power BI performance dashboard and a modern CRM system, you have all the tools you need to tailor your sales strategy per customer.
· You organise workshops and trainings for customers together with your medical colleagues, who support customers with medical education and questions.
· You work closely with Customer Service to process customer orders accurately and in line with our internal order procedures, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
· You represent Merz Aesthetics at leading industry congresses such as IMCAS, where you connect with customers and colleagues, represent our brand and stay up to date with the latest developments by attending lectures together.
In addition, we offer an online learning platform where customers can follow digital trainings – not only about our products, but also about how to successfully run and grow their business. This enables you to think along strategically with your customers and add value beyond product knowledge.
What we expect from you:· You have proven experience in a similar field sales role. Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics or cosmetic industry is considered a strong plus.
· You are able to maintain a healthy work–life balance, precisely because you work flexibly and are not tied to typical office hours.
· You feel comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player within a cross-functional organisation.
· You are based in one of the following areas: Liège, Namur, Walloon Brabant (East) or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
· You communicate confidently in English, as a significant part of the internal collaboration with colleagues takes place in English.
