As Head of Marketing EMEA, you will shape and drive the regional vision for our full Aesthetics portfolio, translating global strategy into impactful regional execution across diverse EMEA markets. You will orchestrate a high‑performing, multidisciplinary EMEA marketing organization across the core streams of Brand, Communications, and Events/ Conferences, ensuring strong alignment, integration, and impact. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be a catalyst for transformational brand growth, cross‑functional collaboration, and cultural leadership across the EMEA organization.

• You inspire, empower, and develop a high‑performing regional marketing organization, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.
• You translate deep market, customer, and consumer insights into action, leveraging trends, competitive dynamics, and research to shape impactful regional marketing priorities and activations.
• You drive innovation across the full portfolio, identifying new usage opportunities and championing modern marketing approaches in close collaboration with Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, and key cross‑functional partners.
• You ensure strong and consistent brand stewardship across all channels, leading the strategy and execution for the Merz Aesthetics brand and product portfolio in close collaboration with the global marketing and communications teams.
• You cultivate strong alignment across global, regional, and local stakeholders, representing the EMEA marketing function with credibility, clarity, and strategic vision in a complex, multicultural environment.
• You ensure full regulatory and compliance alignment of all brand, communication, and event activities by proactively partnering with relevant internal stakeholders.
• You oversee the regional marketing budget, set clear priorities and KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns and activities, enabling best‑practice sharing across the region and active contribution to global exchange.
• You lead the strategic planning and flawless delivery of high‑impact EMEA events that strengthen brand presence, customer engagement and regional visibility.

What we expect from you:

• You bring 10+ years of progressive senior marketing leadership experience within Medical Aesthetics, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Dermocosmetics, Beauty/Cosmetics or FMCG, with a proven track record at regional or multi market level.
• You combine deep expertise in brand and portfolio leadership across B2B and B2C environments with strong strategic and commercial acumen.
• You have successfully led and developed senior marketing leaders and teams, inspiring high performance within complex, matrix‑driven international organizations.
• You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into action, shaping impactful growth strategies in dynamic market environments.
• You champion innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement, proactively evolving marketing approaches, processes, and ways of working.
• You embed AI-enabled capabilities into marketing leadership and ways of working to elevate productivity and decision quality across the region.
• You operate confidently in international and multicultural EMEA environments, navigating complexity with clarity, resilience, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• You show a strong bias for action, ownership, and operational excellence, consistently balancing strategic vision with disciplined execution.
• You bring a collaborative, empowering leadership style, fostering trust, engagement, and a positive team culture across the region.
• You communicate with executive presence in English, building credibility and alignment across senior stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation in strategic marketing.
