We are seeking for a Sr Digital Solutions Architect to join our Digital Innovation Hub for EMEA. 

The new joiner will own the full lifecycle of digital projects from initial business need through solution design, technical architecture, build, delivery, and seamless handover to support. Will act as the technical authority and business partner, combining deep expertise in Salesforce, cloud, web, networking and cybersecurity with strong business understanding and delivery focus. This role includes end-to-end project management activities (driving scope, priorities, and execution) to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business expectations. Transforms rough ideas into robust, scalable digital solutions that generate business value.

Responsibilities
  • Solution Ownership:  Take end-to-end ownership of digital solution projects from initial concept to go-live and transfer to support.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: align stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for efficient project deliver.
  • Architecture & Design: Architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions—especially across Salesforce (all Clouds), web, cloud platforms, and integrations.
  • Business Partnering: Translate rough business needs into actionable technical requirements; challenge, clarify, and validate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Delivery: Lead or oversee all technical workstreams; hands-on when required, or guiding teams/suppliers as needed.
  • Technical Validation: Ensure all solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, and compliance requirements; conduct design and code reviews as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Drive alignment, consensus, and solution adoption across technical and business teams; act as a credible advisor.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and delivery risks throughout the lifecycle.
  • Handover & Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation, training, and readiness for transition to support and operations teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for re-use, simplification, or improvement in processes, architecture, and ways of working.
  • Vendor Management: Manage suppliers and external partners as required.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline
  • 10+ years’ experience in technical roles (solution architect, senior engineer, or similar), with clear ownership of end-to-end delivery
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce stack (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Core), as well as web/cloud/networking/cybersecurity
  • Experience leading projects from initial scoping through go-live and support transition
  • Business-level English fluency
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive execution without authority
