Job PurposeTo provide internal and external scientific services for Merz Aesthetics. This is to ensure the customers and patients’ needs are met and establish Merz as a trusted partner of choice.
To be the compliance lead on Code and Governance ensuring Merz Aesthetics maintain ethical and compliant activities.
To plan and carry out the medical support of the Merz Aesthetics portfolio.
To identify and investigate new Healthcare Professionals utilising internal and external resources such as Veeva, social media, and approved third party data.
Main Responsibilities- Support HCPs in the use of Merz products to facilitate best outcomes for patients.
- Provision of therapy insights for materials and activities in order to drive strategic business growth
- Execute Ax Medical strategy
- Lead the development of medical resources/activities ensuring they are fair, balanced and compliant
- Lead on governance and compliance to ensure Merz Ax practice with high standards within all areas of the business
- · Ax medical affairs colleagues (MSL colleagues, Regulatory Affairs, Med Info) to work as a team and deliver the Ax medical plan.
- Ax commercial colleagues in marketing and sales to ensure alignment on content and compliance
- Given therapy area KOLs to act as partners in the delivery of project to achieve better outcomes for patients.
- Global Ax colleagues to align on research and global medical projects.
Mandatory:
- Graduate, with a life-science qualification
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven project management skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to understand and simplify complex medical messages
- Ability to communicate with impact

- A strong understanding of PMCPA and medical governance
