Product Owner – Customer Data & Analytics

We are looking for a Product Owner – Customer Data & Analytics to join our Data Analytics & AI team within the EMEA Digital Innovation Hub. In this role, you will define and deliver the roadmap for customer data and analytics products, ensuring that insights are turned into meaningful actions across marketing, sales, and customer experience.
You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical capabilities, owning customer analytics products end-to-end. This means overseeing analytics, CDP capabilities, and the data & AI pipelines that power them, while ensuring solutions are well designed, implemented, and delivered on time. Your mission is to make customer data trusted, accessible, and actionable, generating insights that drive measurable business value. The role requires a balance of strategic product ownership, delivery management, and hands-on coordination across both business and technical teams.
Your responsibilities- End-to-end delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of Customer Data & Analytics projects across EMEA, from requirements gathering to deployment in production.
- Product ownership: Define and prioritize the roadmap for customer analytics products, ensuring product vision and aligment with business priorities across the Region.
- Customer 360 analytics: Enable a unified customer view by integrating data from multiple touchpoints (digital, CRM, sales, marketing, etc.).
- Data activation: Drive the use of analytics and CDP capabilities enabling actionable insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization across countries.
- Data pipelines & platforms: Oversee the design and evolution of data ingestion, integration, and governance pipelines, ensuring data flows seamlessly across platforms.
- Technology enablement: Ensure effective adoption and evolution of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) in alignment with regional and global architectures.
- AI & ML solutions: Partner with data scientists to embed predictive and prescriptive models into customer insights and activation.
- Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with marketing, sales, digital, medical and customer service teams to maximize adoption and business value of insights.
- Agile execution: Manage delivery backlogs, sprints, and releases, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
- 6–8+ years of experience in digital analytics, customer insights, and data product ownership.
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, visualization and analytics, data integration, and governance best practices.
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications for customer insights (segmentation, scoring, personalization).
- Hands-on understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Tealium).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, managing backlogs and leading agile delivery.
- Strong knowledge of agile and product management methodologies as well as design thinking, prototyping and innovation.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
