The following responsibilities are awaiting you:- You support the planning and organization of internal and external events that leave a lasting impression – from team gatherings and festive holiday parties to special highlights like our exclusive incentive program for top performers.
- You assist in coordinating with external service providers and contribute to the selection and ordering of promotional materials.
- You help evolve HR processes by reflecting on existing workflows with the team and bringing in fresh ideas to make everyday work more future-oriented.
- You support the creation and optimization of HR documents with a focus on clarity and user-friendliness.
- You take ownership of projects and contribute your ideas to our shared success.
- You assist with invoice processing and communication with internal and external partners.
- You’re currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Social Sciences.
- You’ve already gained initial experience in HR or project management, e.g., through internships or student jobs.
- You work proactively, in a structured manner, and with a keen eye for detail.
- You’re creative and enjoy contributing new ideas for events, employer branding, or HR processes.
- You’re proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English.
