The following responsibilities are awaiting you:

• You drive the regional brand strategy, brand performance, and understand the overall category landscape in each distribution partner market.
• You develop local activation strategies and collaborate with the distribution partners on marketing campaigns and events to drive market engagement and brand success.
• You identify market-specific opportunities for brand activations and support partners in executing them.
• You lead digital campaigns and on-ground activations to enhance brand visibility.
• You provide strategic and creative marketing guidance to partners, ensuring best-in-class execution.
• You organize regional and local HCP events and webinars to strengthen brand engagement and education.
• You monitor and optimize marketing initiatives based on campaign performance insights.
• You assist in planning and executing product launches, supporting the distribution partners with localized plans and materials.
• You maintain ongoing communication with the Merz Aesthetics EMEA marketing team to ensure alignment with regional strategies.
• You act as a bridge between distribution partners and internal teams, sharing insights, best practices, and market feedback.
• You work with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
• You collaborate with Area Managers and Medical & Science Liaisons to align marketing strategies with country-specific needs, ensuring effective execution and contribution to sales objectives.
• You organize recurring training sessions for distribution partners to ensure  they are equipped with up-to-date product and brand knowledge to effectively communicate with HCPs.

What we expect from you:

• You have a master’s degree in marketing, international management, or a comparable field.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing/marketing communications, digital marketing, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• You have first experience in Aesthetics and working in a distribution partner environment.
• You have a results-driven mindset and can operate in a challenging, international environment.
• You manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining reliability in timelines and figures.
• You have very good analytical and excellent presentation skills and possess both a strategic and hands-on mindset.
• You demonstrate a high level of proactive initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
• You have high organizational, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• You are a team player and have intercultural experience and capabilities.
• You possess sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• You are business fluent in English, with additional fluency in German, Russian or Turkish being a plus.
