• You support the team in the development and execution of events, training sessions, and projects (digitally- and non-digitally related) led by and connected to Distribution Partner Management EMEA 
• You support in managing logistics and administrative tasks for events, including coordinating speaker agreements, overseeing travel arrangements, and handling attendee logistics 
• You contribute to finance-related tasks by overseeing finance-tool-related processes, finalizing invoicing and ensuring timely and accurate financial administration
• You provide essential support for internal administrative topics, conducting internal evaluations, and performing other vital administrative duties
• You assist the Marketing Communications Manager and the Digital Marketing Manager in the approval processes for marketing assets, ensuring proper setup and communication with all related stakeholders
• You take on additional ad-hoc tasks related to marketing, gaining hands-on experience in an international environment and earning skills in areas such as marketing, training, asset creation, project management, product knowledge, and communication

• Enrolled as a student in a Master’s or Bachelor’s program in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field 
• Previous experience in business administration, event management, marketing, or similar roles is highly desirable 
• Marketing-related and digitally savvy
• First experience in partnering with marketing-related stakeholders and communication with external service-providers would be a plus
• Experience in an international and agile environment would be welcome
• Openness to work in an international environment and collaborating across cultures
• Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages such as German, Turkish or Russian being a plus
• Experience in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
